Ndryshimi i dietës është real dhe i matshëm. Është gjithashtu zona ku variacioni brenda kategorive shpesh e tejkalon ndryshimin midis kategorive për të cilat njerëzit informohen.

Çfarë është e fortë

Një gjetje mbijeton çdo argument metodologjik: mishi i viçit dhe i dashit kanë emetime shumë më të larta për njësi proteine se çdo gjë tjetër, kryesisht përmes metanit enterik dhe përdorimit të tokës. Qumështi vjen pas. Çdo gjë tjetër është shumë prapa.

Etiketa e karbonit

Etiketa e karbonit në ushqim është studiuar, dhe gjetjet pasqyrojnë literaturën mbi etiketimin e ushqimit të mbuluar në faqen tonë të provave për etiketat e ushqimit: etiketat ndryshojnë sjelljen në mënyrë modeste, kuptimi është i paqëndrueshëm, dhe efekti i reformulimit mbi prodhuesit mund të ketë rëndësi më të madhe se efekti mbi konsumatorët.

Vështirësia shtesë këtu është se një figurë e karbonit është shumë më pak e standardizuar se një figurë e ushqimit.
